As a Software Support Engineer on the Managed Services team, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and updating multiple large scale innovative software systems that employ sophisticated predictive and optimization models. You’ll collaborate with internal developers, our client services team and counterparts in Fortune 500 companies to troubleshoot issues, design enhancements and develop code changes.
