Senior Consultant, Strategy

Senior Consultants play a key role in client engagements and support business development. Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional project teams to develop high-impact client solutions
  • Manage client relationships and expectations, and ensure client satisfaction with all project work and deliverables
  • Guide client working sessions to analyze current business state and assess analytical maturity
  • Direct and review data analysis to identify actionable recommendations that drive revenue uplift
  • Create metrics to measure performance in improving decisions
  • Build testing and change management plans to guarantee user adoption of new Revenue Management solutions
  • Develop client communication materials (presentations, reports, and status updates)
  • Present insights to a diverse audience of key stakeholders, from business analysts to senior executives
  • Support sales efforts with new business and continued work with existing clients
  • Mentor and develop cross-functional team members

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of client-facing consulting and/or corporate management related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials (Engineering, Economics, or Business  preferred)
  • Proven ability to collaborate with senior client executives to drive value through new strategies and tactics
  • Refined presentation skills with experience communicating complex concepts to a diverse audience
  • Exceptional leadership skills 
  • Ability to proactively manage multiple commitments and tasks
