Business Consultant

Role Description

As a Managed Services Business Consultant, you’ll be the face of Revenue Analytics – working on behalf of clients to solve some of today’s most pressing business problems for Fortune 500 companies. Collaborate with clients, project teams and the platform team to support and maintain large scale innovative solutions while proactively identifying revenue growth opportunities and system enhancements. Grow your leadership skills as the key contributor to our clients’ success.

Who You Are

  • Leader with the ability to mentor and delegate tasks to junior team members
  • Multiple years of experience interacting directly with clients to understand business problems, challenges and concerns and provide a business lens for solving support issues and developing enhancements
  • Active listener who asks insightful questions to ensure understanding of technical and business problems
  • Proven strong communicator who builds credibility and relationships with day-to-day client team in addition to senior management
  • Motivated to continually identify new client opportunities through proactive analysis and data interrogation (experienced in Excel and/or SQL)
  • Track record of strong organizational skills and ability to manage own and other’s tasks across multiple client systems or competing priorities
  • Excels in a highly collaborative team environment with a diverse set of teams and perspectives
  • Committed to personal growth and invested in others’ success
