Front Desk Coordinator

Role Description

The Front Desk Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for Revenue Analytics that includes a high quality and welcoming atmosphere for all interactions as well as being a trusted source for commonly requested information about the firm.  The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for welcoming guests, maintaining supplies, managing collaborative space, and performing general administrative duties as needed.  In addition, the Receptionist assists the Office Manager with day-to-day facilities requests, travel arrangements and expense reports.

Key Accountabilities

  • Serve as the initial contact for the firm by answering main phone line, fielding inquiries and directing calls
  • Greet and welcome guests, announcing them to the appropriate person or team 
  • Manage and stock inventory of office supplies, kitchen materials and food/bev on a continual basis
  • Maintain reception area, conference rooms and kitchen to include stocking, requesting repairs and light cleaning
  • Prepare outbound packages for shipment and distribute incoming mail
  • Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment and appliances
  • Assist with employee events throughout the year
  • Manage internal schedule of collaborative space, moving meetings to fit requirements when space is restricted
  • Book travel arrangements and create itineraries for assigned groups, to include flights, hotels, and ground transportation
  • Assist with monthly expense report process and credit card reconciliation in a consistent and timely manner
  • Provide administrative support to the firm  as needed
  • Maintain high degree of confidentiality and professional discretion
  • Uphold Revenue Analytics core values, vision, and mission statement

Qualifications & Experience

  • College experience preferred
  • 2+ years in a corporate office environment and/or related experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, advanced Outlook skills required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and exemplary interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
