Business Analyst

Role Description

As a Business Analyst on the Managed Services team, you’ll collaborate on cross-functional project teams to solve some of today’s most pressing business problems for Fortune 500 companies. Work with clients, support, project teams and the platform team to support and maintain large scale innovative solutions while proactively identifying revenue growth opportunities and system enhancements. Grow your technical and communication skills as a key contributor to our clients’ success.

Who You Are

  • Enjoy interacting directly with clients to understand business problems, challenges and concerns and provide a business lens for solving support issues and developing enhancements
  • Active listener who asks questions to ensure understanding of technical and business problems
  • Strong communication skills to grow credibility and build relationships with day-to-day client team
  • Motivated to continually identify new client opportunities through proactive analysis and data interrogation (proficiency in Excel a must, SQL or BI tool experience a plus)
  • Organized and able to manage own tasks across multiple client systems
  • 1-2 years’ experience in consulting or business analytics
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or other quantitative field
  • Excel in a highly collaborative team environment with a diverse set of teams and perspectives
  • Committed to one’s personal growth and investing in others success
